Laughing Cow Milk Jam


– 1L of whole milk
– 350 g powdered sugar
– 150 g glucose syrup
– 2 pinches of fleur de sel
– 1 vanilla bean
– 4 portions of Laughing Cow


  1. Pour the milk, sugar, glucose syrup and fleur de sel into a large saucepan, add the vanilla bean, split and scraped, and bring to a boil.
  2. Cook for about 2 hours on low heat, stirring every 10 minutes.
  3. When the milk begins to thicken, remove the vanilla bean.
  4. The milk jam is ready when it coats the back of your spatula and turns a soft caramel color. At this point, remove the jam from the heat and stir in The Laughing Cow.
  5. Pour The Laughing Cow Milk Jam into a glass jar and let it cool overnight in the refrigerator.
