The presentation and the contents of the Site constitute a work protected by the laws in force on the intellectual property, of which MVQR is only holder.
The Site is hosted by the company Interoute.
The functional and creative design, as well as the technical design and development, were carried out for MVQR by the GreenBox agency.

DATA RETENTION BY BEL
In accordance with the laws in force, PD will be kept only for the time necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed.
As the retention requirements may vary depending on the purpose, the retention period for RFPs may also vary. The criteria considered in determining retention periods include:
- The duration strictly necessary for the accomplishment of the intended purpose;
- Whether the consumer has consented to a longer retention period for their RFP;
- The existence of a legal or contractual obligation to retain PDs;
- The legal prescription periods.
YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have all the rights conferred on you by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
In this regard, you may at any time request access to your “PI” collected by the MVQR and ask to modify it by contacting our consumer service at the address below or by clicking on the following link:

Similarly, if your “RFP” is not accurate, complete or current, you may communicate the changes to be made to the same contact information as above.
You can also exercise your right to object by contacting the consumer service at the above address. In particular, where the processing of PD is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time to object to any further processing.
All requests will be processed in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable law.
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN’S PERSONAL DATA
MVQR believes that parents should be informed about the relationship that the company and its brands have with their children. Therefore, the MVQR will request the e-mail address of parents/guardians of users under 15 years of age to send them a copy of the registration e-mail sent to their children.
At any time, upon request, parents/guardians may have access to their child’s personal data and ask to have it removed from our databases by contacting the consumer service. Likewise, parents/guardians may exercise all of the rights their child has under the applicable regulations on personal data rights by contacting the consumer service in the manner set forth in Article 11 of this Policy.
CHATBOT
The Chatbot, hereinafter “the Bot”, is intended to provide customized ideas and activities for families.
Exceptionally, personal data collected in the context of the answers given by the User will be processed for the purpose of managing his/her participation in the Bot.
All personal data collected in this context is managed by MVQR in accordance with this policy.
The user is also informed that the recipient of the data is the MVQR team dedicated to the management of the website [lamaisondelstg .com] and consents to the collection and processing of his/her personal data during his/her exchanges with the Bot and/or with the MVQR using the service.
The MVQR will not reuse this personal data for any purpose other than the purposes of the Bot unless you give your express consent. The MVQR also agrees not to sell or transfer this information to third parties.
