Cheese cake

Ingredients

– 1 shortcrust pastry
– 4 eggs + 4 egg whites
– 80 g of sugar
– 30 g of flour
– 100 g well-drained cream cheese
– 2 portions of The Laughing Cow

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 280°C.
  2. Place your shortcrust pastry in a cake pan.
  3. Vigorously mix 4 egg yolks, the sugar, the flour and the cheeses and whisk until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth mixture.
  4. Beat the 8 egg whites until stiff and fold them in gently with a flexible spatula to maintain the texture.
  5. Pour the mixture into your mould, put the cake in the oven at 280°C for 10 minutes and then at 260°C for about 30 minutes (without opening the oven).
