Ingredients
– 1 eggplant
– 1 nice zucchini
– 2 tomatoes
– 1 bell pepper
– 1 clove of garlic
– Olive oil
– 4 portions Laughing Cow
– 1 c. coffee of honey
– Thyme, salt, pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Rinse the vegetables, cut them into strips and finely chop the garlic.
- In ramekins or in a suitable dish, arrange the vegetable strips in alternating order and season with salt, pepper, thyme, olive oil and garlic.
- Bake for 25 / 30 min depending on the cooking of the vegetables
- Prepare the honey-laughing cow sauce, diluted with a spoonful of water if necessary, and drizzle over the vegetable tian.
To be enjoyed hot or warm
