Laughing Cow Vinaigrette

Ingredients

– 4 portions of Laughing Cow
– 2 teaspoons of mustard
– 45 ml vinegar (25 balsamic / 20 red wine)
– 80 ml olive oil
– 10 stems of chives
– 1 shallot
– 60 ml of water
– Salt / pepper

Preparation

  1. Using an immersion blender, blend the Laughing Cow, mustard, vinegar, oil and water.
  2. Finely chop the shallot and chives and add them to the previous preparation.
  3. Season to taste.
