Ingredients
– 150 gr of dark chocolate dessert
– 150 gr of butter
– 4 eggs
– 60 gr of sugar
– 30 gr of flour
Sinking heart:
– 3 portions of Kiri
– the juice of two passion fruits
– 3 tablespoons of milk
Preparation
- The day before, make the pouring heart by mixing all the ingredients and then make ice cubes.
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
- Whisk together eggs and sugar. Once well mixed, add the flour, then the chocolate and butter.
- Arrange your pastries in silicone molds, inserting the ice cube in the center and making sure it is well covered with dough.
- Bake for about 10-12 min.
