Chocolate fondant with a Kiri passion heart

Ingredients

– 150 gr of dark chocolate dessert
– 150 gr of butter
– 4 eggs
– 60 gr of sugar
– 30 gr of flour


Sinking heart:
– 3 portions of Kiri
– the juice of two passion fruits
– 3 tablespoons of milk

Preparation

  1. The day before, make the pouring heart by mixing all the ingredients and then make ice cubes.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  3. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
  4. Whisk together eggs and sugar. Once well mixed, add the flour, then the chocolate and butter.
  5. Arrange your pastries in silicone molds, inserting the ice cube in the center and making sure it is well covered with dough.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 min.
