Ingredients
– olive oil
– 2 onions
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 carrot
– 500 g ground beef
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 c. coffee of chilli
– 1 c. coffee of cumin powder
– 1 c. coffee of paprika
– 80 g of tomato concentrate
– 1 can of red beans
– 6 servings of The Laughing Cow
– flat leaf parsley
Preparation
- Brown the onion, garlic, carrot and red bell pepper in oil and dice. Add the ground beef and salt and spices. Finish with the tomato paste.
- Cook for a few minutes then pour in the can of red beans and the broth. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Check the seasoning, then serve. Place a portion of The Laughing Cow in the center of each plate and finish with the chopped flat-leaf parsley.
