Chili con “The Laughing Cow


– olive oil
– 2 onions
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 carrot
– 500 g ground beef
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 c. coffee of chilli
– 1 c. coffee of cumin powder
– 1 c. coffee of paprika
– 80 g of tomato concentrate
– 1 can of red beans
– 6 servings of The Laughing Cow
– flat leaf parsley


  1. Brown the onion, garlic, carrot and red bell pepper in oil and dice. Add the ground beef and salt and spices. Finish with the tomato paste.
  2. Cook for a few minutes then pour in the can of red beans and the broth. Bake for 25 minutes.
  3. Check the seasoning, then serve. Place a portion of The Laughing Cow in the center of each plate and finish with the chopped flat-leaf parsley.
