Burger with boursin


– 1 baguette
– 600 gr of minced meat
– Boursin
– 2 Tomatoes
– ½ red onions
– 2 large sweet and sour pickles


  1. Cut the baguette in 4 and then in 2 in wallet, toast them with the grill mode of your oven.
  2. Cut tomatoes, onions and gherkins into tartar.
  3. Make 4 portions of ground meat and cook in a pan. Spread the Boursin on your bread, add the tartar and finish with the steak.
