Surprise tomato

Ingredients

– 4 beautiful tomatoes
– 250 g fresh salmon
– 4 portions of Laughing Cow
– ½ bunch of chives
– Olive oil
– Salt / pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat a pot of water.
  2. Make cross-shaped incisions under each tomato and plunge them into boiling water for about 20 seconds, then cool immediately in a cool water bath.
  3. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and cut off a hat. Dig them carefully.
    Mix the flesh with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Cook the seasoned salmon in the pan with this tomato water.
  5. Crumble the cooked and cooled salmon with the Laughing Cow and finely chopped chives. Check the seasoning and garnish the tomatoes generously.
