Ingredients
– 4 beautiful tomatoes
– 250 g fresh salmon
– 4 portions of Laughing Cow
– ½ bunch of chives
– Olive oil
– Salt / pepper
Preparation
- Preheat a pot of water.
- Make cross-shaped incisions under each tomato and plunge them into boiling water for about 20 seconds, then cool immediately in a cool water bath.
- Remove the skin from the tomatoes and cut off a hat. Dig them carefully.
Mix the flesh with a tablespoon of olive oil. - Cook the seasoned salmon in the pan with this tomato water.
- Crumble the cooked and cooled salmon with the Laughing Cow and finely chopped chives. Check the seasoning and garnish the tomatoes generously.
