Daisy with cheese to share

Ingredients

– 8 portions of Mini Babybel
– 260 g ready-to-roll pizza dough

For the orange tapenade
– 50 g pitted black olives
– 1 anchovy fillet
– 3 capers
– 1 organic orange peel
– 1 c. tablespoon of olive oil

For the gremolata
– 4 sprigs of flat leaf parsley
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 organic lemon peel

Preparation

  1. Prepare the tapenade: mix the black olives with the anchovy fillet, capers and olive oil. Add grated orange peel. Make the gremolata: chop the parsley sprigs, garlic and lemon zest with a knife.
  2. Cut four Mini Babybels in half horizontally and top with tapenade, just like a sandwich.
    Repeat for remaining 4 Mini Babybels to be topped with gremolata.
  3. Cut the dough into eight pieces. Wrap each Mini Babybel in pizza dough and arrange cheeses on a baking sheet in a daisy chain.
    Let stand for 45 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Preheat the oven to 230°C.
    Bake Mini Babybel daisies for 15 minutes, spraying with water halfway through to brown the dough and make it crispier.
