Ingredients
– 4 portions of Laughing Cow
– 2 teaspoons of mustard
– 45 ml vinegar (25 balsamic / 20 red wine)
– 80 ml olive oil
– 10 stems of chives
– 1 shallot
– 60 ml of water
– Salt / pepper
Preparation
- Using an immersion blender, blend the Laughing Cow, mustard, vinegar, oil and water.
- Finely chop the shallot and chives and add them to the previous preparation.
- Season to taste.
