Since 2018, La Maison de La Vache qui rit has a magnificent kitchen that is open to all audiences for workshops. The kitchen allows you to learn how to prepare and taste original recipes based on Bel products. This creative space is a mediation tool that accompanies the Bel Group’s new nutritional approaches, experiments with tastes, senses and the most original culinary initiatives.
In the manner of an incubator, this space hosts the creative approach and process initiated by the work of chefs, artists and designers in residence. The kitchen workshop of La Maison de La Vache qui rit is intended to be a platform for exchange and dialogue, transmission and creation, between Bel Group employees, artists or designers, food artisans and residents in a desire for intergenerational transmission.
