Ingredients
– 20 cl whole milk
– 100 gr of tapioca
– 100 gr of sugar
– 1 vanilla bean
– 2 portions of Kiri
– 150 gr of red fruits
Preparation
- Boil the milk, Kiri, vanilla bean and 60 g of sugar.
- Add the tapioca and cook over low heat for about 40 minutes.
- Rinse and cut the red fruits then add 40 gr of sugar and mix gently.
- Once cooked, divide the pearls into verrines and let cool before arranging the red fruits.
